Shipping Times: Materials are shipped out within 7 business days unless the order is a palletized shipment. Materials may ship from two separate warehouses; expect teacher materials to arrive in the first shipment.

Note: We will not ship materials over school holidays and summer vacation without special instructions.

Missing items from your order? Please take inventory within 7-days of receiving your order and notify us right away if something is missing so that we can make it right!

Return policy: For most products, we have a 30-day return policy for items that are in new condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee. We do not return posters, book boxes, and large palletized orders.

Discounts: We provide free shipping on all of our products. For schools who adopt the program, we provide free onboarding training for your first year and follow up support via web call.

Renewal Costs: We do not lock our customers into contracts and subscriptions. Ongoing costs include the consumable book club notebook, student bookmarks, and book reports. Request a quote.

Teacher Portal: Teachers have access to lesson resources, writing units, assessments, and more direct from our website. No login is needed to access these valuable tools!

For schools looking to adopt the Read Side by Side Reading Program, we will provide a sample kit for your review. Samples are complimentary and we ask that you return them at the end of your review. Return labels will be provided.
